Every Palvia piece undergoes a rigorous inspection before it leaves our atelier. We ensure that the weave, texture, and finish meet our exacting standards. Upon delivery, we ask that you inspect your piece immediately to ensure it has arrived in its intended, pristine condition.
We accept returns or exchanges only in the rare event of a material defect or a shipping inconsistency. To initiate a quality assessment, you must contact our Concierge team at [jayjwatson2032@gmail.com] within 48 hours of receiving your package.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
All original security seals and tags must remain completely intact.
The item must be returned in its original, protective packaging.
Requests made after the 48-hour window or items that show signs of wear will not be accepted.
Once your returned item is received, it will undergo a comprehensive quality audit. If the defect is confirmed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items designated as "Limited Edition," "Bespoke," or "Custom-Tailored" are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. We encourage you to consult with our Concierge team regarding sizing or material inquiries prior to your purchase.
